This was a  Concept/Prototype  building for the NHS, with full Mental health compliancy.

Lock back internal doors, anti escape windows/doors, CCTV, IAP, FAP, Door access, Resin floors, Anti lig fittings including bathrooms

350 tonne crane needed to lift over existing buildings, where the building would be located approx 70m away
