5 no & 3 no Bays Modular Nurseries

Location: Killingworth, Newcastle

The 5 no Bay Modular was their own existing unit, where we had to remove it from another local school site, into our Gateshead factory where it was refurbished (only internally). The new build was manufactured there also and they were eventually both installed on the same site as two separate buildings.

Acrol Modular acted as the Main Contractor for this Full Turnkey project, including Groundworks & Foundation by GB Civils (including Fencing & gates), Full M&E spec with the Air con by Acrol Air conditioning, Door access, FAP & IAP Alarms by Crusader. Transport by SF Haulage and Crane by Bryan Thomas. All other works by Acrol Modular.
