7 bay Modular Nursery

Location: Great Park, Gosforth

Commissioned by the client to design, manufacturer and install the modular Nursery. This was a full Turnkey solution, including groundworks, foundations and landscaping, with proportion of planning and Building control support. This also included a windcatcher on the roof to comply with BB93 due to increased aircraft noise.

This also included moving an existing 40ft container and the relevant groundworks
